So last's week to-do list was a partial success. The tasks were managed by either my husband or by me. For the most part, I was successful on my task. And my husband... not so much.
So when things don't get completed from last week, we roll them into the next week and carry on with what else we feel that we need to do.

Dale (my husband) and I spend every Sunday night writing out our Tiny but Mighty To-Do List. These are tasks we can accomplish on the weeknights that take anywhere between 5-10 minutes. Most of you probably know these as the those last 5% items to get done.
We had officially been living in our house for 6 weeks when we decided to tackle our guest room renovation. We had started other projects in our home (and more posts to follow up on that), but we hadn't fully competed any rooms However, we haven't completed any rooms to the fullest as we still settle in our new so the guest room was the first fully finished project!
We also had good reason to finish up the guest room: my in-laws were visiting us, and we really wanted a space that felt refreshed and completed. We also knew from previous experience that we could finish the room in a few days. This is where we started: a horrible bank beige room with no personality. We threw the furniture in here while moving in and left it neglected otherwise: |
